All rates are per room per night, are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Breakfast is included.

Long Stays
Discount rate of 10% for longer stays (7 nights or more). Please enquire when you confirm availability.

7 night minimum stay over Christmas and New Year peak period.


Syl's Sydney Homestay B&B Accommodation Terms & Conditions

General:
It is important that you let us know your Flight Number and expected arrival time in Sydney to ensure that someone will be able to meet you when you arrive at Syl's Sydney Homestay.

Credit Cards:
Syl's Sydney Homestay accepts Mastercard and Visa, as well as Australian BankCard.

Deposits:
In order to confirm your booking and secure your reservation, Syl's Sydney Homestay requires a deposit of AUS$200 to be made within 7 days of confirmation of availability.

Deposits can be made by phone (61 2 9327 7079) or fax (61 2 9362 9292) with your credit card details and expiry date.
If you wish to send your Credit Card information by email, you could consider sending half in one email and the other half in a second email for greater security.

Syl's Sydney Homestay regrets that if your deposit is not received within 7 days of confirmation of availability, we will be unable to hold your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
Deposits will be refunded only if notice is given at least 30 days prior to booked arrival date for Feb - Nov and 60 days for Dec-Jan.

Due to the small size of this B&B we tend to be fully booked several weeks or months in advance and it is very difficult to rebook a room on short notice.

Early Departure:
Guests who leave before the departure date specified at the time of booking will forfeit their deposit as well as any discount given.
Accommodation will have been held in good faith for the entire period arranged and other enquiries will have been turned away for that period.
